The full HypnoBirthing® curriculum is covered, including relaxation techniques, breathing practices, mindset preparation, and practical tools to help you feel calm, confident, and prepared for birth. Your birth partner is encouraged to attend and actively participate throughout the process. All 3 private sessions are held in the comfort of your home, creating a relaxed and familiar environment where you can learn, ask questions, and fully prepare for your birth experience. This is a complete, customized childbirth education experience designed just for you and your family.
